Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a growing 3PL business.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring that all operational targets and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so you must be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable leading a team of people.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily activities of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Manage and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and objectives.
Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
Provide training to new team members and ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement appropriate solutions.
Carry out regular performance reviews with team members and provide coaching and support where necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 3PL business.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
Experience with warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
