Finance Assistant
Sevenoaks, Kent
Permanent, part-time 20hpw
Monday to Friday
£12,800pa - £14,400pa

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Payment processing
  • Reconciliation
  • Timesheets management
  • Assistance with CIS/VAT Return
  • Expense Management
  • Adhoc finance functions

Experience required:

  • Sage 50 or similar software
  • Excel / Word proficiency
  • Previous experience in a similar role of more than 1 year
  • AAT Level qualification or studying towards it.

Personal qualities:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive, focused, and selfmotivated person
