Description

The Neurosciences department has a strong history of Clinical Leadership, and we will encourage new colleagues to develop their Leadership and Management skills with education programs and mentorship.

The post-holder will be supported in undertaking relevant audits in the specialty area. The post-holder will be expected to undertake CPD activities which will be supported through the agreed job plan.

Active participation in appraisal and revalidation will take place on an annual cycle and access to mentoring is available through the Kent Clinician Development Programme.

Appropriate secretarial support will be provided as well as office space and IT equipment.
