Times of work
8-hour shifts between the times of 7am to 7pm decided on operational requirements. The shifts will be 5 days over 7, which equates to 37.5 hours per week contractually.


Salary
Hourly rate of £12 per hour which equates to £24,960.


Terms of the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Purpose of the Role
To provide professional and administrative support to our employees and liaise with clients on enquiries as and when required.


Administration tasks include:


  • Quality assuring Fixed Penalty Notices and CCTV body camera footage.
  • Ensuring reminder and final chance letters are posted daily.
  • Ensuring representations are investigated and responded to in accordance with our policy.
  • Verifying payments and ensuring they are added to the system.
  • Scheduling rosters for various sites.
  • Posting company social media content.

Legal duties include:


  • Preparing prosecution packs and sending to offenders/clients/courts.
  • Recording results.
  • Ensuring cases are prosecuted in line with relevant timelines.
