Description

Joining us as Head of Apprenticeships, you will oversee the Group Apprenticeship delivery, acting as a central management point, monitoring all aspects of Apprenticeship performance.

You will work closely with College delivery leads, Business Development and Management Information Services to ensure Group Apprenticeship quality standards and targets are met.

The Head of Apprenticeships must ensure Regional/National economic needs are met through effective programme design, Apprentice recruitment, high retention and timely achievement, whilst also gaining positive employer satisfaction and ensuring Funding Agency requirements are met.

You will ensure the Group is ready to meet the changing needs of the employer landscape, as the Government works to increase Apprenticeship participation.
