A global Financial Services Organisation is looking for a Senior Administrator to join its friendly, inclusive teams in their Worthing offices, West Sussex.

As a Senior Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a lead administrator, assisting with the day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of client's employee share plans in line with agreed SLAs and regulatory governance requirements.
  • Allocating work to your colleagues in a fair and consistent manner to ensure that SLAs are achieved, and any issues are escalated through the appropriate channels.
  • Providing advice and insight to your colleagues and leaders to ensure they provide an outstanding service to customers and clients and help shape how the team operates, helping with any training to improve capability.
  • Helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas to be shared, identifying areas requiring change and helping to plan for these changes.
  • Identifying Risk mitigation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Actively investigating, leading, and participating in business projects, quality assurance, system testing, and internal process reviews as needed.
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (ideally be intermediate level) and able to adapt to different IT systems
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoys working with numerical data
  • Confident supporting customers and providing them with a great experience.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, able to explain things clearly to people
  • Innovative and proactive always looking for improvements and thinking of different solutions to exceed customer expectations
  • Enjoy solving problems, getting to the root cause, and fixing them.
  • Work well on your own and as part of a professional and friendly team.
  • Have the right to work in the UK and are a UK resident.


This role will be ideally suited for an experienced administrator with financial services, accounting or banking experience, or someone who has worked in an administration role dealing with numerical data.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 08:00-17:00 with no weekends or Bank Holidays. Free onsite parking is available.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Worthing, BN14 8NJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
