Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications.

This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of metal components
Weld and fabricate metal components using various welding techniques, including stick welding
Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and power tools
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
Proficient in welding techniques, including stick welding
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for fabrication
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication is a plus
