Experienced Conference Producer - Large Scale Conference & Exhibition**
London Office - Hybrid working + Travel (USA & European)

Base to £40K+up to £15K Comms + Great Company Benefits


Great opportunity for an experienced B2B Conference producer to join an ambitious events team in an international B2B Conference and Exhibitions company.


The role

  • You will be part of the the events team that produces 2 large scale TECH events held in the US & Europe.
  • The events are large in scale up to 2000 attendees, 200 speakers, 100 exhibitors.
  • This role involves full production responsibilities; industry research, agenda creation & management, speaker recruitment and onsite delivery of the event.
  • Working with colleagues in marketing, event operations and sales.
  • You will be working as part of a super team that, together, deliver these growing industry leading events.
  • This role requires overseas travel to attend the events.

The Person


Alongside your end to end event production skills, you need to be confident and happy to cold call and book meetings with industry experts and business leaders to complete the required market research and speaker recruitment.
