Our client, an NHS organisation based in London is looking to appoint an interim Communications Officer to join their team for 2-month interim role:

Create written and visual content for the assigned areas of development; including, e-newsletters (across Primary Care and Internal channels), staff briefings, FAQs as well as short videos, social media content and information for digital channels
Work with clinicians and practitioners within aligned services to continue to proactively contribute to the development of digital platforms. Ensuring information is up to date, recognising these as primary information sources for relevant audiences
Support the management of agreed content plans, as well as creating and maintaining efficient systems, working to tight deadlines, and contributing to monitoring and evaluation approaches.
Responsible for decisions made during duties, seeking guidance and escalating issues where appropriate
Assist with the delivery of project plans and workstreams, as directed by line manager to raise opportunities and solutions to issues, remaining proactive in the delivery of agreed plans
Support the delivery of internal and external communications strategies, project specific communications and campaigns.
Organise the physical distribution of staff and public communications.
Support award submissions by individual staff members and teams.
Assist with maintaining good stakeholder relationships and engagement using a

variety of communications methods locally, regionally, and nationally.
