We have two car dealerships based in Bromsgrove and Wellesbourne, so the role will be based between both sites. Company cars will be provided to you to use within working hours, we will not expect you to use your own car

Car Sales Advisor to become a key member of their Dealership Team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Focused - developing a rapport with Customers from selling a car, scheduling the viewing and handing over the vehicle

Obtaining key details from Customers for their new vehicle needs and part exchange details

Highlight additional services, such as extended warranty plans

Liaising with external businesses (such as car mechanics) to arrange and support the preparation of a Customer's vehicle

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets - as agreed with the Directors

Assisting with vehicle collections and deliveries old sold vehicles to Customers, if and when required.


Requirements:

Being able to demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive market

Negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills to engage with Customers

Weekend availability is essential for this role

Full valid driving licence is essential

Organised and attention to detail when completing paperwork

Previous experience with a similar position would be an advantage - but not essential

Willing to do overtime where needed

To always be well-presented with a can-do attitude and desire to strive for more
