BramahHR are hiring for an HR Advisor to join one of our clients due to growth Are you an HR Advisor looking for a new role? Are you happy to travel to different sites and support? This role will require you to manage your diary to travel to different sites and you will have the flexibility of working from home one day a week.


(Travel Required)

Responsibilities:


  • Assuring the delivery of a highquality people service to all stakeholders in all HR areas, including resource, employee relations, learning & development, and reward, as well as assisting in the fulfilment of the people agenda in support of the needs of the customers.
  • Collaborating with the management team on ER concerns and, if needed, provide generalist HR support and guidance to the department.
  • Ensuring that all company rules and regulations are followed.
  • Participating actively in proactive responses and quick actions to absence and retention management, ensuring contractual KPIs are met and maintained.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in identifying, procuring, and delivering appropriate management training while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Initiate and champion proactive employee engagement programmes across the department.

Skills/ Experience:


  • Experience of working in a similar level HR role.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification.
  • Experience with dealing with ER casework.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced and diverse setting.
  • Good understanding of employment law.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
