Are you an experienced insurance customer service advisor or account manager looking for a fresh new opportunity with a focus on maximising great, long-term customer relationships?Do you currently work in a contact centre or sales role and want to find a position with more regular working hours and a great work life balance?

Working for an established insurance company in Cardiff Bay, you'll be part of a lovely family orientated, supportive culture where you will have the autonomy to manage your own panel of business accounts, building productive relationships and maximising sales opportunities.

Insurance Customer Service Advisor (Account Manager)
Salary:
£25,000 pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts covering Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - NO WEEKEND WORKING
Location:
Cardiff Bay (Free Parking Available) with hybrid working opportunity after 2-3 months (2/3 days per week in the office)

So what does the role involve?
You will join a close knit and successful team of insurance customer service account managers, contacting brokers / financial advisors and building great relationships.
- Making outbound telephone calls, performing outbound account relationship management, building rapport with existing and new financial advice firms and brokers
- Assisting with new client onboarding, ensuring new business gets a great customer experience
- Setting up online Teams meetings with clients to deliver web demonstrations and product training
- Managing and updating the CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions
What are we looking for on your CV?
- Experience in a telephone based telesales executive, account manager or customer service advisor role within the insurance sector
- Previous experience within financial services or insurance, liaising with brokers would be highly beneficial
- Great people skills, able to develop relationships and build rapport
- Highly motivated, with the drive to be successful in an account manager role
- Great computer skills including MS Word, Excel and the internet
