About the job
Varied and interesting Payroll Administratorrole, which will see you processing weekly payrolls and expenses. You will be setting up new starters, processing the wages including holiday pay, sick pay and maternity pay. You will also process the monthly expenses.
To be successful in this role you will have good Payroll Administratorexperience. You will have strong system skills including excel. You will be able to work with speed and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be organised and methodical and be able to multitask. You will be personable and a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing company expenses through our online portal.
- Prepare monthly expenses reports for review by the payroll team.
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team on a weekly basis.
- Organise and distribute payroll queries to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Respond to general administrative inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Aid in the weekly reporting and processing of sick pay.
- Compile payroll data and information for review by the payroll team.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls within the payroll department.
- Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary for this role is around £30,000 depending on experience. The company also offers excellent benefits including onsite parking and cycle to work scheme.
