Due to expansion our client would like to recruit an HR Graduate/Administrator to work in their modern Head office in Ashford.

You'll be working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive HR team of 4.

Location:
Ashford, Kent


Salary:
£22k - £24k + paid study support to complete your CIPD Level 3 or 5


Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, Friday 8:30am - 4pm with 1 hour for lunch


Hybrid working:
Yes once fully trained, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

As the HRGraduate/Administrator your duties and responsibilities would be:

  • Supporting the HR Manager, ER Advisor and HR Associate with HR Administration
  • Helping with the recruitment process
  • Managing the 1624 Apprenticeship scheme
  • Contract harmonisation
  • Working 4 days in the office and attending Canterbury Christchurch University 1 day a week to study your CIPD Level 3 or
  • Working with the HR team who will support you with your dissertation

Ideal skills and experience for the position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or recognised qualification/certification in Human Resources ideally.
  • Experience of working within an Human Resources environment preferable but not essential
  • Administrative experience with a desire to work and build a career within HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with high levels of verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Word
