Night Carer required in Worthing

Bailey Care are now recruiting a Night Carer to service a local 39 bedded care home in Worthing on temporary basis.


Role of a Night Carer:

Providing a high-quality care service to residents whilst promoting independence
Assisting residents with personal care
Support some residents with eating and drinking
Promoting residents' individual needs via their care plans
Communicate effectively with residents and their relatives to build a better understanding of their ever-changing needs


Requirements for a Night Carer:

Enhanced DBS clearance
Previous experience essential

Weekly pay (reviewed annually and regularly monitored)
Starting salary of £10.70
Hours to suit your commitments
