Our client is an established Oxfordshire based accountancy firm, who have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Accounting Manager/ Office Director, who will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business.

This position focuses on working with a wide range of clients offering expert accountancy services. The appointee will build relationships with existing and new clients, and will lead and develop the current team.

  • Duties will include working with senior staff on a daily basis, and closely with the board to grow the office. This will include managing a portfolio of clients. A large part of the role will be identifying new opportunities and networking to ensure business growth.
