Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a company based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support on a variety of HR related tasks and projects within the business. It is essential for this role that the successfulindividual has a strong HR administration background and can hit the ground running


The Role

  • Supporting on all HR admin and projects
  • Managing new starter processes, right to work checks, DBS checks
  • Monitoring the HR inbox
  • Being able to help/guide other colleagues in their role
  • Manage the employee filing system
  • Strong HR Administration background
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge within the HR sector
