We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Skills Coach or HR Professional to join our friendly and supportive Delivery Team.

This is a new role delivering our exciting new Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship, which we will be launching in September 2024.

The People Professional Level 7 programme was approved in January 2021 and LDN Apprenticeships has been working on the design and development of this standard, with the aim to improve people practices in organisations and to drive organisational performance and effectiveness.

We are extremely excited to add this new programme to our growing apprenticeship portfolio and we have significant interest from our customers.

Ideally, we would like someone with experience of delivering the Level 7 People Professional apprenticeship, however as the standard is relatively new, we will consider applicants with experience delivering other HR Apprenticeships, or have significant senior HR experience such as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director or equivalent.

Fundamentally we are looking for someone who has a passion for HR, a desire to pass their knowledge on to fellow HR professionals and have the determination to help learners reach their full potential.

The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.

  • Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
  • Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with each of the apprentices and employers you support.
  • Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.

For this role you must have:

  • Previous experience delivering a HR apprenticeship programme, or experience as a senior HR practitioner, with an excellent working knowledge of HR practices.
  • Ideally, we'd like someone with a relevant teaching qualification Cert ed/ CTTLS/DTTLS, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to deliver high quality, effective coaching that meets learner needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Good IT skills, ability to use MS Office, Learner Management Systems etc.
  • Having experience in education or training is advantageous.
  • The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our leaners.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships standards and End Point Assessments.
  • A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.
  • Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
