These investments include the incorporation of a brand new, state-of-the-art bonded warehouse, signaling a commitment to excellence and a vision for future growth.

So what does the role look like?

  • Managing and organising stock in our stateoftheart bonded warehouse, ensuring a seamless flow from intake to dispatch.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinating with the procurement and sales departments to ensure stock levels meet business needs.
  • Implementing stock control measures to prevent losses and maximise efficiency.
  • Using IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Researching and implementing new systems and processes to improve stock management efficiencies.

So do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience as a stock controller or related role, ideally within the wine industry or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management.
  • Knowledge of fine wines is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in stock management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • This is a fixedterm contract with an annual salary of £28,000.
