Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Invoice processing
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control
  • Cash book maintenance
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Banks reconciliation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good business acumen for problem solving
  • Competency with Sage systems (Line 50)
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role

Hours of Work:
-

Monday to Thursday - 9.00am through to 5.00pm

Friday 9.00am through to 3.30pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
