JOB DESCRIPTION:


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in insolvency? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable independent insolvency practice that is passionate about delivering bespoke solutions to its clients.

As they expand their operations, they are eager to bring on board an Insolvency Administrator to join their dedicated team.


Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside a team of experts in the insolvency field, handling a diverse portfolio of cases from start to finish.
  • Engage with creditors, directors, and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the process.
  • Draft and prepare essential documentation and reports in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping case strategies through collaboration with senior team members.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in an insolvencyfocused role.
  • Indepth understanding of insolvency procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to challenges, with a readiness to offer innovative solutions.
