The Redbridge Respiratory Team are looking to appoint a self-motivated Community Respiratory Nurse.

This post is primarily to assess and review patients requiring oxygen therapy in the community as well as supporting the general respiratory team.

The role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic multidisciplinary respiratory team to improve the care and management of patients requiring oxygen, performing assessments and reviews in a complex cohort of patients with long term conditions.

The post will consist of both clinic and home visit assessments and ongoing care.

Community experience and being an independent prescriber is essential (or willing to work towards doing NMP course). Caseload management experience is essential.
