Initially 12 Months
Rate:
£ per day Outside IR35 (7 Day Payment Terms)
Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in Manchester
Super pleased to present an exclusive opportunity for a highly experienced Business Analyst to add value to a huge, high profile project in the Public Sector.
There is a legacy CRM in place with and you'll join a project team to assist in the design and development of a replacement system.
The Discovery has commenced and will complete late Feb / early March with the BA staying involved throughout the design (to refine user stories) and development.
You'll work closely with a Team including multiple BAs a functional consultant, and developers.
Role overview:
Key responsibilities:
- Investigation, analysis, mapping and modelling of key/critical business processes against new 'Ways of Working'.
- Defining, planning and leading discovery workshops
- Identify, define and prioritise business requirements
- Assist the project team in mapping emerging functional requirements to Dynamics365 CRM (Customer Engagement) functions.
- Create deliverables and business change roadmap.
- Conduct change management assessments and impact analyses.
- Working alongside development teams continually refinement of requirements / user stories
- Support and manage stakeholders.
- Work closely with test team to ensure all user stories are tested comprehensively
Skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to develop requirement sites rapidly and analyse complex working processes
- Excellent knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and Office365 services, including Power Platform (beneficial)
- Knowledge of Azure technologies (beneficial)
- Experience in capturing requirements in user story format including acceptance criteria
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Information Lifecycle Management, such are retention and classification policies.
- Project Management skills and knowledge is very beneficial.
