Description
I am working with a very successful and prestigious global business who are looking for a junior HR Manager to look after their Business Services teams.
You will be responsible for providing high quality, proactive advice and guidance to Business ServicesDirectors on all aspects of people management and HR led initiatives.
Working closely with the Directors, you will lead their people strategy and work operationally in a role with lots of autonomy supporting c.200 staff.
You will be excited by the prospect of joining a growing business and the level of ambiguity which sometimes comes with that.
As part of the leadership team, you contribute with ideas and be creative in your thinking.
This is a fully Generalist role and will include everything from driving talent and people development plans, to ensuring that day-to-day performance management guidanceis provided to leaders.
They are based in the City and hybrid working either 2 or 3 days in the office and the remainder from home.
