IT Support Engineer

Rochester

ME 3QX

£22-25,000

8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

We are seeking a First Line Engineer to join our growing managed service provider team.

The First Line Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems are functioning optimally.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Provide support for clients' desktop and laptop computers, printers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment.
  • Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 36
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
