£25,000 - £30,000

Head Office Based in Worcester

Salary is Negotiable depending on Experience and Previous Billing History
We're a Recruitment Company who operates in 4 Key Industries providing our clients with permanent staffing solutions. Our industries are Engineering, IT, Hospitality and Automotive.

Due to expansion we're looking to increase the number of our Recruitment Consultants, we also have Resources and dedicated Business Development Teams to back up our Recruiters on a day-to-day basis.


Happy to consider anyone from different Industries to what we currently do as Full Industry Training will be given during induction.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team You will be carrying out a 360-recruitment cycle, with responsibilities including:

  • Responsibility for increasing company awareness by promoting the brand to clients through targeted business development activities.
  • Identifying talent, both active and passive, including headhunting and the use of several different Job Boards.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to crosssell all of the agency's brands, contributing to the overall business success and enabling faster development of your 'patch'.
