Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT - 360 OR New Business

£25,000 - £40,000 Basic (DoE) + Excellent Uncapped Commission + Quarter and Annual Bonuses

The Job

You will be provided with the latest platforms and technologies to enable you to build your market knowledge, reach prospects / top talent and build your presence
You will win new business opportunities and nurture clients
Build a specialist division within the Data and Analytics industry
Manage client relationships, including the full recruitment lifecycle
Coordinate internal resources to aid you in delivering the perfect solutions to your clients

The rewards
£25,000 - £40,000 Basic depending on experience
- extremely competitive and lucrative uncapped monthly commission plan
- quarter and annual bonuses - uncapped percentage of revenue on top on monthly commissions
- quarterly team incentives including trips abroad and VIP treatment at sporting events
- individual incentives; we ́re not all motivated by the same things and so rewards are tailored to what floats your boat
