Our client is in search of Client Service Advisors who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving consultative sales efforts in a high-value environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Be a positive, selfmotivated individual with a strong work ethic to assist as many customers as possible.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding for customers navigating complex challenges.
  • Establish rapport quickly with customers and guide conversations through thoughtful discovery questioning.
  • Serve as a resource to customers, understanding available solutions, communicating key differences, and guiding decisions toward the most appropriate service.
  • Maintain a pipeline of customers not yet ready to make purchase decisions through rapport building and tailored followup activities.
  • Maintain KPI performance in alignment with targets.
  • Work with transparency, integrity, and a positive approach to learning and challenges.

Core Duties:


  • Ensure the business meets growth and sales targets, focusing on key aspects to enhance conversion rates.
  • Establish and maintain an effective, positive Client Services Advisor team.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity and recordkeeping across the sales function.
  • Foster good working relationships across multiple brands and services within the group.
  • Fulfil other responsibilities as determined by the company's Directors.
