Description

£12.27 per hour, 37hrs per week until end Jan 2023 minimum, likely extension.

The primary function of this role is to support the re-homing of vulnerable individuals, by ensuring temporary and permanent housing solutions are appropriate for the needs of the customer.

Issue keys, ensuring security of keys
Recording financial of accommodation
Liaising with external providers effectively to ensure high service levels
Ensuring customers are supported and provided with up to date information
Ensuring that customers are assessed within Council and external standards
Providing excellent customer service and high levels of empathy
Ensure that customers are protected from abuse

Successful applicants will ideally come with a PVG membership, desired but not essential. Knowledge of housing legislation and housing support/social care issues and health and safety would be advantageous.
