Role Purpose:


In our 40th
anniversary year, and as we launch our new three-year strategy, our retail team is excited to embark on an ambitious plan to expand and improve our portfolio.
To enable new acquisitions and refurbishment of our existing stores we're recruiting new members to our retail team.


St Giles Hospice provides care and support for local people, and their families, living with a terminal illness.
The Retail estate includes 21 shops and e-commerce operation with a turnover of approx. £3million which supports the overall income generation strategy.

The Area Supervisor will be highly visible across our retail estate. You'll work closely with our Area Managers and play a critical part in growing our community shop team.


A self-starter, you'll need to adapt to differing locations and teams as two days will never be the same You'll have great commercial skills, understanding of why customer service is key and want to be part of a successful team.

Ideally you'll have previous retail experience, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and have the ability to work with and motivate any team.


You will be based at one of our shops, but predominantly you'll be out in the field supporting the area by providing a high level of cover to shops where required.

A full driving licence, access to a vehicle, with appropriate business insurance is essential for this role.
