Operations Coordinator

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

£25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Crawley

Full time, permanent


An innovative and growing business in Crawley, is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and time management skills, as well as high attention to detail.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and booking of all staff attending events for the business.


Main duties include:

  • Sourcing and booking staff for multiple events, in locations worldwide
  • Negotiating rates and expenses
  • Monitoring staff working hours and schedules
  • Planning, locating, and booking accommodations
  • Arranging and planning complex travel arrangements such as flights, trains, transfers, and car hire
  • Monitoring and processing purchase orders
  • Ensuring the inhouse system is updated with accurate information

Previous experience booking and managing complex travel arrangements would be extremely advantageous.
