Description

The Insight and Engagement Officer is a key member of the Insights team.

They will contribute to the team, which is looking to set new standards and bring in innovative practice in how we work with people and communities, which will in turn enable Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) to shape better health outcomes for all across our region.

This role will take ownership of specific elements of insight and engagement activity which will allow the ICB to put a genuine understanding of the needs and wants of people at the heart of our decisions.

The post-holder will support the broader team in the delivery of strategic and tactical research and engagement activity to gather population insights, inform communications activity and contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives, priorities and strategy.
