Royal British Legion, Head of Internal Communications

Contract:
Permanent role, working 35 hours per week


Location:

Hybrid location based between home and Borough, London, with the postholder expected in the office at least two days per week.


Starting salary:
£61,463 - £64,630 (inclusive of London weighting)

Charity People is partnering with RBL to recruit for its next
Head of Internal Communications. In this fantastic opportunity, RBL is searching for someone to develop and lead an efficient and effective Internal Communications and EngagementFunction.

As the Head of Internal Communications, you will be responsible for setting the standards and vision for Internal Communications and Engagement, ensuring the principles of 'One Legion' are effectively understood, as well as informing the strategiesof the wider teams within the organisation.

You'll be joining an inclusive team that faces every challenge together.

The team is made up of people with a broad range of skills from an even broader range of sectors.

Together, you'd implement the brand and marketing strategy, and deliver events likethe Festival of Remembrance.


About the role


The key purpose of the role is to develop and deliver impactful strategies, plans and projects, ensuring a trusted and transparent relationship is maintained with stakeholders which enables RBL to meet its wider strategic objectives.


The role is responsible for leading RBL's Internal Communications and Engagement activities, delivering an inclusive and high functioning service offer that evolves to meet the needs of audience and 'customers', collaborating with colleagues to ensure strategiesand plans are aligned.
