**RVRC (CCTV) Support Technician

What do we do**JCI/ ADT UK, have two Business critical Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC) Monitoring centers in Manchester.

Each of the Monitoring centers supports 1K customers 24/7 for critical CCTV Alarm Detection and verification

We support a large amount of the UK infrastructure, Solar / Wind farms, BT, NHS Hospitals, Barclays Bank, virgin money, Thames Water, To ensure we Support these two RVRC centers for our Business critical Systems (Sentinel, Immix)

How we will do

Work closely with Sales and installation on commissioning New or upgraded systems
Proactively interacting with Suppliers and Subcontractors (Networks and installation)
Ability to identify and escalate any vulnerabilities or critical issues.
Liaising with ADT and JCI to ensure all Commissions are completed on time and documented in accordance with JCI, BSI
PC and CCTV / DVR competent Support
Dealing discreetly with bespoke and high security customer requirements. Diagnosing and troubleshooting. Assisting field engineers to ensure remote connectivity to CCTV systems. Attending all necessary company training
Always ensure we are in the best resilience position for continuous Service within our RVRC Center
The ability to relay technical information to a nontechnical audience.

CCTV and access control, IT literacy
Ability to assess product compatibility and Security Compliant
Excellent communication skills are essential.

Preferred

In-Depth knowledge of IP Cameras and configurations
In-Depth understanding of Windows operating systems, Workstations & Laptops
In-Depth understanding of Network Infrastructure including VPNs
In-Depth knowledge of office packages, predominantly excel for data mining purposes
Understanding of Power BI for enhanced reporting purposes
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
