We are excited to be recruiting for our new development Verse, based in the heart of Cardiff.

This is a unique role to the business where you will be working closely with the senior management team to achieve 100% occupancy within this state-of-the-art apartment block.


Working as the Sales Advisor for this high specification building you will be responsible for liaising with potential new residents and undertaking viewings of this breathtaking new development.

Furthermore, there will be a performance related bonus incorporated into the role.

This exciting position offers full time hours working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 8pm on a fixed term contract.

As a Sales Advisor you'll be responsible for management of the letting process for new lets ensuring high levels of occupancy, and that statutory requirements for lettings are always adhered to (training will be given to you).

You'll also be regularly reviewing your properties online presence and marketing material to ensure compliance with brand standards, relevance, and up-to date content.


About you


It's essential that you're a people person who has a strong and genuine passion for creating an incredible environment for our residents to live in.

You'll need to be comfortable making new contacts and establishing effective working relationships with people.

The role is a target driven position, so you'll need the energy and drive to succeed.

The ability to act assertively to support a point of view, negotiate, and influence decisions whilst maintaining respect and positive working relationships is essential to the success of this role.
