A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the LIND family. We're looking for a Data & CRM assistant to level up our CRM.

Working within our Experience team who are responsible for ensuring a fantastic customer experience on all platforms, your day to day will be varied and fulfilling with plenty of projects to get stuck into.

We're all about optimising a seamless omnichannel journey.

You'll be able to gain exposure to industry-leading technology while supporting our Head of Data.

An average day in this role could include:

deploying data pipelines, analysing ESP results, extracting data from our systems and ensuring all reports are up to date and accurate.


Whilst experience within Data & CRM would be highly beneficial we'd be happy to hear from you if you're looking to start out in this field and have a passion to learn.

We pride ourselves on the level of training and support on offer and love individuals who continually want to learn.


Key Duties Include:


  • Data Extraction from key systems
  • Supporting our business intelligence platform
  • Assistance with Data Protection requests & queries
  • Occasional Data Input
  • Records Management & Updating
  • Delivering in person training across our 13 locations

Key Skills Required:


  • Willingness to learn this role will include a training package built to suit the successful individual. Proficiency within Microsoft office suite (needs to be confident using Excel and it's tools).
  • Understands or has previous experience using a CRM and how data plays a big part in this.

Desired:


  • Interest in the automotive sector specifically luxury vehicles
  • Understanding of data warehouse / data pipelines
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Desire to learn Power BI (looker / tableau)
  • Previous experience of AB testing
In return we are offering a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience as well as the below:
