About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Account Management meetings with suppliers to ensure delivery and reporting of KPI's to senior management to inform strategic decision making.
- Management of daytoday Procurement Processes, including ordering, tracking and supplier management
- Management of Staff Events, including cost profiles
- Management of Companies Operational Control and Compliance
- Creation of a Facilities Management Document
- Oversee reception and call handling, including management of Phone schedule and liaison with outsourced IT support.
- Management of company motor fleet in accordance with Business Policies
- Admin support for key staff including Operational Director and SHEQ Manager
Essential and Desirable Skills/ Experience
- Account or supplier management experience
- Demonstrable success in a similar role
- Selfmotivated and proactive (takes responsibility)
- Team player
- Professional and timeefficient
- Good decisionmaking skills
