About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Account Management meetings with suppliers to ensure delivery and reporting of KPI's to senior management to inform strategic decision making.
  • Management of daytoday Procurement Processes, including ordering, tracking and supplier management
  • Management of Staff Events, including cost profiles
  • Management of Companies Operational Control and Compliance
  • Creation of a Facilities Management Document
  • Oversee reception and call handling, including management of Phone schedule and liaison with outsourced IT support.
  • Management of company motor fleet in accordance with Business Policies
  • Admin support for key staff including Operational Director and SHEQ Manager

Essential and Desirable Skills/ Experience

  • Account or supplier management experience
  • Demonstrable success in a similar role

  • Good decisionmaking skills
