The University of Cambridge is seeking two enthusiastic Operations Assistants to support the work of the Accessibility & Disability Resource Centre for two years, fixed-term.

The Accessibility & Disability Resource Centre (ADRC) is part of the Student Support Department within Education Services.

The ADRC provides advice, information and support to prospective disabled applicants, undergraduates, graduates and to the staff who support them.

It also provides support and advice to Colleges and Departments/Faculties on the Equality Act in relation to disability equality matters.


The Accessibility & Disability Resource Centre is looking for two Operations Assistants to provide operational, financial and administrative support, including front of house tasks, supporting events, record management and dealing with student and staff enquiries.

The role also administers bursaries, invoices and purchasing of equipment for disabled students alongside general support of the Centre's day-to-day operations.

The post-holders will report to the ADRC Operations Manager.

You should have good communication, interpersonal and IT skills and demonstrate attention to detail. Experience of using the University Finance System is desirable and previous experience of working with disabled people an advantage.

Interviews will take place on 10th July 2023.
