ACE Aviation Services currently have a full time vacancy for a Flight Operations Scheduler.

The Flight Operations Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring the future planning of the Southern North Sea flight scheduling programme.

The main responsibility of the role will be crewing of the flying schedule, ensuring compliance in accordance with the company requirements & Flight Time Limitations.

Skills / competencies:

Delivery of excellent customer service.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to provide effective solutions to problems, individually and as part of a team.

Communications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Confident in communicating with internal departments and customers.

Knowledge /Experience (advantageous)

Working knowledge of Flight Time Limitations
Previous experience working in an aviation operations role.

Tasks
The individual will be responsible for the creation of the long-term flying schedule including the allocation of Flight Crews, aircrew training plans

Complete the aircrew roster which best utilises available aircrew, whilst ensuring FTL compliance and customer requirements

- input aircrew monthly schedules into CHC AIMS flight system and plan 3 months in advance adding in any training or sim slots and requested leave.

Hours
Monday to Friday hrs with flexible hybrid working from home opportunity.
