- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Support the business with various administrative tasks as and when needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of Sage accounting software or similar
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry / record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines working both autonomously and as part of the team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
