  • Prepare and issue daily transport documentation to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Support the business with various administrative tasks as and when needed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Sage accounting software or similar
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry / record keeping
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines working both autonomously and as part of the team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role is a full-time position of approx. 39 hours, Monday to Friday, with compensation dependant on qualifications and experience.
