About the role

We are seeking an Outreach Officer to inspire and support schools, colleges and students to engage with AUB and, more broadly, the creative arts.

You will be responsible for proactively building relationships with feeder and target schools and colleges and, with the support of the Outreach Co-ordinator, you will organise, deliver and report on a range of outreach work, such as presentations, workshops and student recruitment fairs.

You will also play a key role in the development of AUB's programme of outreach work for schools and colleges, collaborating closely with the Student Recruitment Manager and AUB's Access and Participation team.

You will be passionate about the creative industries and a confident self-starter who will be an advocate of the University, representing AUB positively to teachers, prospective students, and other external stakeholders.

You will be professional, confident and enthusiastic with excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills.

You will also have a good understanding of, and commitment to, the importance of widening access in Higher Education and a passion for creative arts education.
