Customer Service OfficerPertemps Work Based Learning are currently supporting an award-winning company, who operates as college. They have received a rating from Ofsted of 'Good' with some 'Outstanding' features The company is award winning, with an excellent reputation for lookingafter their employees. They deliver a wide range of government training programmes, across Traineeships and Employability.
As a result of growth, they are now looking to bring on a Customer Service Officer.
We are looking to bring on a personable, driven individual, with great experience delivering a high level of Customer Service.
You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients and providing insight on their Apprenticeship Serviceaccounts. The role will be dealing with inbound queries based around apprenticeships. Following this, the role will involve building strong relationships, working in order to grow partnerships within the company.- £32,000 + £3,000 OTE

Key Duties of the Customer Service Officer:
- Work in partnership with organisations to develop meaningful relationships.
- Manage inbound enquires from local organisations.
- Build networks with local enterprises, maintaining knowledge of the local labour markets.
- Liaise with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of Apprenticeship programmes to their organisations.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to keep all relevant databases up to date.
- Understanding the needs of the business, and working accordingly.
- Represent the organisation at networking events.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience for the Customer Service Officer:
- A driven, personable individual.
- Experience of delivering highlevel customer service.
- Proven track record of working within a targeted environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills are key.
- Knowledge around apprenticeships is desired, but not essential.
- Hold a clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
