    Regional Operations Manager - North West

    We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the North West region, comprising of 27 pubs across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Macclesfield.

    This key role reports directly to the Regional Operations Director within our North Division and is responsible for maximizing sales, guest satisfaction, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) both financially and people-related.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Synopsis:

    • Maintain a strong commercial acumen, maximizing profit opportunities and supporting team growth.
    • Develop and grow a network of Self-Employed Pub Partners, enabling them to reach their full potential and increase sales.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
    • Participate in working groups for wider development and project involvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Foster a sales culture across your managed pubs.
    2. Demonstrate pace and urgency, network effectively for recruitment, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
    3. Add value in meetings, manage time effectively, and seize opportunities.
    4. Deliver excellent guest experiences through high standards of service.
    5. Promote community engagement and build relationships with local stakeholders.
