Description

Job role:

They are searching for someone with an IT background to work alongside their engineers to train on their Building Management System (BMS).

Their sites are connected by a VPN using SonicWall or AnyConnect on Meraki Switches

Manage internal IT requirements
Installing and setting up site PC's and Servers. Installing BMS programs such as Siemens, Trend, Tridium and EMS optergy
Maintaining all site PC and engineer laptop updates
Liaise with Network Specialists in regards to the site Remote Connection and network infrastructure
Work with their consultant in designing the new Web based system using AZURE
Provide technical support to staff and customers
Research and development of new systems
Train to engineer software for 3rd party systems via communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
Train to engineer system graphics, control logic software and alarm routeing
