Our Client:


Our client is a design and manufacture business with a world-class reputation in sustainability technology, who are looking to appoint an HSE Advisor to their team to help support the business to become market leading in terms of Safety and Environmental sustainability.


The Opportunity:

  • Lead and develop the company EHS Management System
  • Deliver on the company HSE strategy which includes achievement of Net Zero, and B Corp certification
  • Carry out sitewide coaching, training and development on HSE procedures to ensure the highest of standards
  • Ensure compliance against ISO45001, and support and lead the business goal to successfully implement ISO1400
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and effective HSE culture
  • Report and present on relevant HSE performance activities including KPI's, Scope 1,2 & 3, etc.
About you

  • At least 5 years experience within a dedicated HSE role
  • Must have previous manufacturing experience within a fastpaced environment
  • Well developed communication skills, ability to influence and challenge effectively and to ensure the highest standards of safety across the business
  • Experienced in the management of ISO14001 and 45001, including supporting and leading audits
  • Results orientated with the ability to lead and deliver to project deadlines
