Spanning 27,000 square feet over four floors of The OWO, the Guerlain Spa at Raffles London offers a holistic combination of advanced beauty, restorative wellness and active training.

Guests will find harmony between the sumptuous indulgence provided by Guerlain and the highly bespoke training, nutrition and recovery programmes developed exclusively by Pillar Wellbeing.


Your role as Atelier Artist will require you to provide engaging customer service and you will use your expertise in make-up, skincare, and/or fragrance to deliver high-touch and advice to guests, introducing products from across the Guerlain range.


The role

  • Creating unique customer experiences a warm welcome, a genuine approach, delighting the guests with exceptional product knowledge and brand expertise.
  • Deliver makeup, skincare, and/or fragrance consultations.
  • Consistently achieve retail sales targets and proactively drive for more.
  • Meet consumer needs and maximise selling opportunities.
  • Drives sales of spa treatments and packages and be fully knowledgeable of the product.
  • Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
  • Be present and participate in Atelier events
  • Assist in stock takes and stocks deliveries
  • Be proactive with maintaining stock levels and reporting any stock issues
  • Endeavour to build and grow and be proactive with growing the Atelier client base

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience with a luxury beauty brand
  • You must have skincare, make up, and or fragrance knowledge
  • Makeup artist qualifications desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to communicate and listen effectively
  • High retail standards
  • Team player
  • Be a fluent English speaker and eligible to work in UK
