To be a successful Assistant Supervisor you will need to be flexible as we operate 7 days a week

About the role?
Customer Service Assistants are responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment.

You must be over 18 years of age to work for us due to gambling legislation.

Your main duties will include:

Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
Handling cash
Giving change and calling bingo
Promoting all new products and offers
Serving Customers with refreshments
Keeping the venue clean and tidy
Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under
Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
