Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust would love to hear from you, as we are actively seeking to recruit a Band 4 Trainer / Assessor/ Coach.

Main duties of the job


The postholder will work within the Non-Clinical Apprenticeship team, working on apprenticeships in Business Administrator L3, Team Leading/ Supervisor L3, Customer Service Practitioner L2 Standards, and Functional Skills L1 and L2, as the provision demands.

The main responsibilities include:

- deliver teaching and support apprentices to ensure progression for their standard
- overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet apprentice's needs
- supporting development of apprentices to maximise full potential / stretch knowledge
- organise and maintain documentation on apprentices' progress
- supporting apprentices with feedforward to achieve their potential at End Point Assessment (EPA)
- review/ discuss apprentice development and progression with employers

  • Support, advise and motivate apprentices.
