Do you have face to face carpet & flooring sales experience?

We are a reputable domestic carpet and flooring company established in 2007.

Over the last 16 years we have expanded to have 5 branches across the UK, one mobile store as well as our online store.


We are a family run business and have an ethos of ensuring the customer needs come first, treating customers how we would like to be treated.

This role will be based in our Manchester Store.


The Carpet Sales/Estimator job role involves:

  • Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone to ensure they purchase the right products/ services that they need.
- carrying out home visits to take precise measurements and provide a home consultation service

  • Sharing product knowledge and giving advice to customers
  • Providing customers with estimates
  • Updating customer details using a CRM software system
  • Ensuring the store is kept presentable and tidy
  • Supporting colleagues within the store

In order to be successful the following is required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of arithmetic
  • Face to face sales experience
  • Basic understanding of cutting/laying carpets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Smart appearance
  • Have confidence when dealing with customers
  • Have a UK Driving license

Due to the nature of the business, the role includes working on a Saturday or Sunday, 37.5 Hours per week.

Pay:
£24,100.00-£27,395.00 per year
