Responsibilities:

Develop and execute our Cleared Derivatives Technology Strategy
Collaborate with executive team to formulate, evolve, and realize the strategic vision
Own the technical strategy / roadmap for ongoing evolution of products in line with the product roadmap, leveraging the latest disruptive technologies
Ensure your global team is structured and manned efficiently to drive quality and rapid execution of the product roadmap. i.e. Architecture, UX Design, Software Development, QA, Cloud & Data engineering, Implementation, etc. This will involve the furtherbuildout of our development and implementation teams in our core development centers
Define a Cleared Derivatives framework and offering for SaaS (Software as a Solution) and support security and data requirements including Cloud ecosystem
Communication of the Cleared Derivatives technology strategy and developments to staff and key stakeholders
Proactively research best practices, industry trends, and competitor activity

Skills and Experience:

A creative technology executive that understands contemporary technology from the ground up and connects it to customer needs. Highly commercial and creative, a strong ability to partner
Globally developed and built Technology teams through management best practices and developing a high performance culture
Strong experience in Global Markets with experience in: Order Management Systems, Electronic & Algorthmic Trading, Low latency and High frequency platforms
Clearing, Settlement, Fees & Billing, Margin & Collateral, and Client & Regulatory Reporting
A proven track record in delivering measurable results from technology initiatives with experience in Front and/or Back office environments
Excellent reporting, communication and written/oral presentation skills
Confidence and resilience in multitasking and adapting to changing goals and priorities
Understanding of global derivatives markets with industry network
